Rental costs include 4 guests + cot, for additional guests up to a maximum of 6 a supplement of £25 per person is applied to the rental charge to cover additional bedding, towels, fuel and power.

This cottage has been professionally styled and will certainly appeal to anyone wishing to stay in luxurious surroundings. Both the dining room and kitchen open out onto a patio through French doors. There is a secure garden which looks over the village church and this is ideal for family barbecues. The cottage is tucked away in an exclusive courtyard behind security gates, which offers peace of mind for those with children. The sandy beach is approximately 500 meters away as is the historic harbour. From here you can walk the south coast path and enjoy the fantastic and breathtaking views. The historic Georgian port of Charlestown is a well known mooring place for tall ships and has been featured in many films and period dramas. There are also many fine waterside restaurants serving local cuisine.

The Immediate Area:

The cottage is just a stone’s throw from the village park and a two minute stroll to Charlestown’s Day Spa, some fine waterside restaurants, two local inns, gallery, post office, tea room, the harbour, shipwreck museum, beaches and coastal path. Tesco (24 hours) is two minutes by car.

Arrival and Departure:

Our change over day is Saturday and you are welcome to arrive from 3.00 p.m., check out time is 10.00 a.m.

Accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor: Cloakroom with toilet and hand basin, lounge with sofa bed, kitchen and dining room opening on to furnished patio area and enclosed gardens to the front and rear of the cottage.
First Floor: One double bedroom with wall mounted colour tv, one twin bedroom with wall mounted colour tv, family bathroom with shower, linen cupboard.

Facilities:

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, smoothie maker, food processor, toastie maker, utensils, iron and ironing board, crockery and toddler friendly crockery, cutlery and cups, bbq, CD player, LCD colour television with Freeview, DVD and video player, two further televisions, hairdryers, sewing kit, all linen and towels including oven gloves and tea towels, central heating and all power, cleaning consumables including dustbin liners, washing up liquid, cleaning cloths and sponges, dishwasher and washing machine tabs. Off road parking for one vehicle. Further parking available on Charlestown Road.
